Why is BATWALKING authorized to process personal data?

It is recommended to take the utmost precautions in terms of Data Protection by using security tools. BATWALKING is not responsible for any theft, modification or loss of illicit data.
5.- Rules of conduct
BATWALKING will cancel registrations of Users who:

5.2 Promote any type of discrimination;
5.3 Sending unsolicited bulk, junk or spam e-mails or newsgroup communications;
5.4 Violate the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties. Likewise, the User shall refrain from using and collecting data from mailing lists that can be accessed through the information and services contained in the Web Site. They are used to carry out activities for promotional or advertising purposes. The User shall also refrain from sending any type of commercial communications, which have not been requested or previously permitted by BATWALKING and/or the Users of the Website.
The personal information provided will be kept by BATWALKING as long as the User does not express his/her desire to unsubscribe from BATWALKING’s services and receive information about the company’s products.

Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in the Member State in which the User resides, works or where the alleged infringement has occurred, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal information is not used in accordance with the law and if he/she is not satisfied with the exercise of his/her rights. The Control Authority that has received the complaint shall inform the complainant of the outcome of the complaint and the result of the complaint.
